Privacy Policy

AutoPAQ Capital is a private capital management platform operated by AutoPAQ LLC (“we”, “us”). AutoPAQ LLC is responsible for the personal information processed through the platform.

We only collect the information needed to run your account and to report on your investments:

• Account information: your name, email address, preferred language and sign-in credentials. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
• Investor profile: legal name, account number, entity type and, when provided by you or by an administrator, phone number, postal address, tax identification number and payment details.
• Financial records: investments, contributions, interest and capital payments, withdrawal requests, balances and related notes.
• Statements and documents: account statements generated by the platform and documents uploaded for your account.
• Activity and security logs: sign-ins and actions in the portal (such as viewing or downloading a statement or document), with date and time, IP address and browser user agent, plus an audit trail of changes made by administrators.
• Email records: the emails the platform sends you (recipient, subject, type and delivery status).

You may sign in with your Google account. When you do, we only request the basic profile scopes (openid, email and profile), and we do not request access to any other Google data such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts.

From Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use this information only to authenticate you and to link the sign-in to your existing account on AutoPAQ Capital. Access is granted only if your email address matches an account already authorized by an administrator.

We do not sell information received from Google, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers needed to run the platform (described below). We do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements: https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy

• To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
• To record and display your investments, transactions, balances, statements and documents.
• To send you service emails and to respond to your requests and questions.
• To keep the platform secure, prevent misuse, keep an audit trail and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Your information is visible only to you and to the authorized administrators of AutoPAQ LLC. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the application.
• Supabase, our database, file storage and authentication provider.
• Our email delivery provider, to send service emails.
• Google, only when you choose to sign in with Google.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of AutoPAQ LLC, our users or others.

We send transactional emails related to your account, such as invitations and account setup, password recovery, security notices, notifications that a statement has been published and payment notifications. We do not send marketing emails.

The platform uses your browser’s local storage only to keep you signed in and to remember your language preference. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

We keep account and financial records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting and audit obligations. Activity logs are kept for security and audit purposes. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized.

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls that limit each user to their own records, role-based permissions for administrators and an audit trail of changes. No system is completely secure, so please keep your credentials safe and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you non-essential notifications, by writing to no-reply@capital.autopaq.com. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal or accounting obligations; if so, we will tell you.

You can revoke the platform’s access to your Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. After that you can still sign in with your email and password if your account has one.

The platform is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. If the changes are significant, we will let you know through the platform or by email.
