Terms of Service

AutoPAQ Capital is a private platform where the investors and lenders of AutoPAQ LLC can see their accounts, investments, transactions, statements and documents, and where authorized administrators manage those records. It is not open to the public.

Access is available only by invitation from AutoPAQ LLC or through sign-in with an email address that an administrator has authorized. We may decline, limit or remove access at our discretion.

• Keep your password and the email or Google account you use to sign in secure, and do not share your access with anyone.
• Make sure the information you provide is accurate and keep it up to date.
• Tell us promptly at no-reply@capital.autopaq.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or see information that looks wrong.

The information shown on the platform is provided for account reporting only. It is not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, nor an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any investment.

Statements, balances and figures shown on the platform are informational. If they differ from the official records of AutoPAQ LLC or from the signed agreements governing your investment, the official records and agreements prevail.

You agree not to:

• access accounts or data that are not yours;
• try to bypass security, probe for vulnerabilities or disrupt the platform;
• use automated tools to extract data, or copy or resell the service;
• use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including data received through Google Sign-In.

Privacy Policy

We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AutoPAQ LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and these terms do not change the agreements governing your investments.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or when your relationship with AutoPAQ LLC ends. You may ask us to close your access at any time. Records we must keep under the law will be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
